About Lance

Lance was born in San Diego, CA – but grew up in Denver, CO. He did his undergraduate studies at CU-Boulder. He obtained his property & casualty insurance license in 1993 and worked summers at Mile High Group (MHG)- his dad’s family-owned/operated insurance brokerage.  He did graduate business studies (MBA) at UC-Berkeley (Hass School of Business) and law school at CU-Boulder. He has been an AV-rated licensed attorney since 1997. He is a seasoned trial lawyer practicing in areas of criminal defense, personal injury, and business/commercial litigation. Since 2002, Lance has owned/operated his own boutique law firm- Maningo Law (www.maningolaw.com).

In 2020, Lance re-engaged with the MHG; helping his dad with all operations. In 2021, together with his sons (Zane and Drake), Lance brought MHG to Las Vegas, NV- establishing MHG-LV.
